Inherently dangerous or exotic, feral or wild animals are prohibited.

Pet Policy

The non-refundable fee is $300 for 1 pet, and $500 for 2 pets.

Creekview Apartments is located at 14255 Preston Road in Dallas, TX 75254, in the Far North Dallas neighborhood just north of LBJ Freeway (I-635). The community is managed by Price Brothers Management Co., a family-owned company that has been managing apartment homes since 1922.

Residents are a short drive from the Dallas North Tollway and I-635, which connect to Downtown Dallas, Addison, Plano, and Richardson. DART bus routes serve the Preston Road corridor. Galleria Dallas and Prestonwood Town Center are nearby for shopping, and Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods Market, and Aldi are close for everyday groceries.
